A Family That Has Always Shown Up for Others

Many of you know Andy from hockey rinks, baseball fields, and events throughout the Mahtomedi community. He's the dad in the stands who never misses a game, the coach who stays late to work with kids on their skills, and the friend who always shows up when someone needs a hand.

In June 2025, Andy was diagnosed withstage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma. Since then, he has been focused entirely on his treatment plan, facing each new hurdle and fighting with the same quiet strength and determination that everyone who knows him has come to admire.

Andy and Molly have two amazing kids—a daughter in sixth grade and a son in eighth grade—who are deeply involved in the hockey and baseball communities. This family has always been there for others, whether it's giving rides, coaching, cheering from the stands, or simply being present when someone needed support.

Now it's our turn to show up for them.

Financial donations will support the family while Andy is focused on treatment and unable to work. Every amount helps—whether it's covering bills, providing meals, or simply letting them know they're not alone in this fight.

Let's surround this family with strength, love and generosity as they navigate the days ahead.

Ways You Can Help

Every gesture, big or small, makes a difference for the Semlak family.

Together, We Are Stronger

Andy has spent years being there for others—at games, practices, school events, and lending a hand to friends and family. He's the quiet guy with a calm, steady approach to life that makes everyone around him feel supported and valued.

Now we have the chance to return that kindness. Whether you donate, share this page, send a message of hope, or attend the fundraiser, you're showing Andy and his family that they are loved and that they don't have to face this alone.

Together we fight.
